Dr. Nikhil Kale have performed around 500 RIRS surgery which is the latest pathbreaking step in stone management. While working in the UK was able to develop my skillset for managing patients with andrological problems like infertility and erectile dysfunction. Passing the FRCS Urology in the first attempt helped me in understanding patients needs better and work towards better holistic care for the patient.
