32 yrs Male patient presented with sever Heart attack, Angiography showing thrombotic occlusion with no flow in LAD, patient managed with thrombus aspiration and Intra coronary thrombolysis ,Check angiography after 48 hrs. almost complete restoration of flow , Patient is in follow up doing good.
