Case Study- 60 Yr/Female was admitted with severe headache with giddiness, MRI brain suggest acute infarct, with Rt. ICA aneurysm. Emergency DSA followed by Cavernous segment Endovascular Flow diverticular was done. Post of procedure patient was recovering her symptoms, after 2 days patient shifted to ward and discharge with big smile.
